By accessing or using the Bliss Therapeutic Services application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Emergency Medical Situations

BLISS IS NOT FOR EMERGENCIES.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, thinking about suicide, or are in immediate danger, please call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Professional Relationship

Using the free features of this application does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Dr. Kennedy. Such a relationship is only established following formal intake and signed consent forms.
