By accessing or using the Bliss Therapeutic Services application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You may permanently delete your account at any time from your Profile page; your wellness records (journal, check-ins, goals, safety plan, and related data) are deleted immediately, while purchase records are retained where required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Professional Relationship

Using the free features of this application does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Dr. Kennedy. Such a relationship is only established following formal intake and signed consent forms.

5. Purchases, Memberships, and Donations

Paid memberships, workbook purchases, and donations are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch our servers. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal linked in the app.

6. Your Privacy

Your privacy matters deeply to us, especially given the sensitive nature of what you may share here. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who can see it, how long we keep it, and your rights to access, export, and delete your data. It is part of these terms.
